Jazz Observatory

For GEO Week 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa, the Jazz Observatory showcased six Impact Stories in full-length panel exhibits, offered printed versions of these stories on unique record-themed give-aways, and provided access to over 40 online Stories on six touchscreen tablets displayed throughout the exhibit. These Stories highlighted the importance of Earth observations across the areas of weather, health, food/water/energy, disasters, ecosystems/ecosystem services, our blue planet, our human planet, and AmeriGEO. The exhibit also served as a central meeting place for the US delegation and a space for networking and learning for all GEO Week delegates.
